1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the u9bd website accessible at u9bd.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services offered therein.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to u9bd and its operating entity, which holds an international gaming licence and operates the Platform.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, sport, or event available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matching bonuses credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by u9bd prior to withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and u9bd. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and accept them unconditionally.

You also confirm that you have read and accept our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and our Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming), both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" include both you and the third party.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, make a deposit, place a wager, or access any real-money feature of the Platform. u9bd takes underage gambling seriously and operates a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.

3.2 Verification

u9bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion that an Account holder may be under the minimum age. Accepted documents include a valid national ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance held.

3.3 Single Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Holding multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts. Any Bonus Funds or winnings accumulated across duplicate Accounts will be voided.

3.4 Personal Use Only

The Platform is for personal recreational use only. Use of the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating a betting agency, re-selling access, or any business purpose, is prohibited without the express written consent of u9bd.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. u9bd is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to keep Account information up to date.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. u9bd will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify u9bd immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting u9bd's support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. u9bd may also close or suspend an Account at its discretion if these Terms are breached, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if required to do so under applicable law or regulatory guidance.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

u9bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers through BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. u9bd does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their standard transaction charges, for which u9bd accepts no liability.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, you must contact u9bd support with proof of the transaction.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days subject to the receiving bank's schedule. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. u9bd reserves the right to delay processing where additional identity or source-of-funds verification is required.

5.5 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. u9bd may request source-of-funds documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account restriction and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.

5.6 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. u9bd may apply an administrative fee of ৳100 per month to inactive Accounts after providing reasonable notice. Players with inactive Accounts are encouraged to log in and contact support to discuss their balance options.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Promotions

Promotional offers are available to registered Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria outlined in each individual promotion's terms. u9bd reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Employees, agents, and affiliates of u9bd are not eligible to participate in player promotions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. u9bd clearly states the wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion on the promotion detail page.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through the use of duplicate accounts, irregular betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or any other method that u9bd deems to constitute bonus abuse will result in the immediate voiding of all Bonus Funds, forfeiture of associated winnings, and suspension of the Account. u9bd's decision in matters of bonus abuse is final.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

u9bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account, provided those funds were credited under the terms in force at the time of crediting.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Wagers

Wagers may only be placed by registered Players with a sufficient real-money balance. All wagers are final once confirmed. u9bd does not accept requests to cancel, alter, or reverse a confirmed wager except where expressly provided in the specific game or sport rules applicable to that wager.

7.2 Void Bets

u9bd reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of an error in odds, pricing, or game data; where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the parameters stated in the specific sport rules; or where there is a technical failure affecting the integrity of the wager. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the Player's Account balance.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per single wager or per day may be subject to limits as specified in the applicable game or sport rules. u9bd reserves the right to enforce maximum payout limits at its discretion. Players are advised to review applicable limits prior to placing high-value wagers.

7.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game or software malfunction, all bets and pays may be declared void. u9bd is not liable for any loss or disruption resulting from technical failure, network outage, or third-party provider errors. In cases where a malfunction is confirmed, the Platform will endeavour to restore all Players to their pre-malfunction balance position as accurately as possible.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the u9bd Platform and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal user activity.
• Colluding with other Players in card games, poker, or rummy to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that corrupts the outcome of any sporting event on which a wager is placed.
• Money laundering, depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise exploit any software, algorithm, or random number generator used by the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing u9bd staff, agents, or other Platform users.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other mechanism to circumvent geographical or account restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the u9bd Platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, page layouts, and the compilation thereof, is the intellectual property of u9bd or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content; modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of u9bd.

10 Privacy & Data

u9bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

u9bd implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform pages and transactions. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by the terms of u9bd's operating licence.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u9bd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

u9bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any loss arising from your inability to access or use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if u9bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

u9bd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond u9bd's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. u9bd will endeavour to restore full service as quickly as practicable following any disruption.

12 Responsible Gaming

u9bd is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, and full self-exclusion for periods of up to 12 months or permanently.

Players who believe their gambling behaviour may be causing harm to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to contact u9bd's 24/7 support team immediately. 13 Amendments to These Terms

u9bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, u9bd will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and will post a notice on the Platform homepage. The updated Terms will specify a new Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the Effective Date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 4.3 above.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to u9bd's operating jurisdiction as specified in its international gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact u9bd's support team at [email protected] and allow a period of 30 days for the dispute to be resolved informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body under u9bd's operating licence.
